YOUR AGREEMENT WITH MEMORIES TRAVEL COMPANY, LLC
Terms & Conditions
To complete the purchase of your travel booking, you must review and agree to the following terms and conditions. The purchase of your travel booking constitutes an agreement between the traveler(s), customer(s), and/or purchaser(s) and Memories Travel Company, LLC. The booking customer, by approving this document and submitting payment through Memories Travel Company,LLC, acknowledges they have been advised of, reviewed, and agree to these terms and conditions and contract for travel related services. These conditions apply to purchaser and all travelers.
Travel Agent:
Memories Travel Company, LLC acts as a travel agent only. We offer retail travel services to customers which are provided by separate and independent vendors, tour operators, airlines, hotels, transportation companies and/or other travel service providers (“Suppliers”). Memories Travel Company, LLC does not own, operate, manage, or control these independent suppliers and are not liable for their acts or omissions or their failure to adhere to their own schedules, provide services or refunds, financial default, or failure to honor future trip credits. You understand and acknowledge that your travel plans may be interrupted or cancelled by the Supplier, a government entity, or other third party over which we have no control. You further acknowledge that the Supplier’s own terms including cancellation, rebooking, and refund policies will govern your rights and remedies, including your right to receive a refund. Memories Travel Company, LLC has no special knowledge regarding the financial condition of the Suppliers.
Memories Travel Company, LLC’s responsibility to you is to make and manage travel service bookings on your behalf. We assume no responsibility for and shall not be liable for any refund, personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be caused by: (I) any defaults, wrongful or negligent acts or omissions of the Suppliers; (II) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, craft, equipment, or instrumentality owned, operated or otherwise used or provided by the Suppliers; or (III) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any party not under our control
PROPER DOCUMENTATION IS THE TRAVELERS’ RESPONSIBILITY!!!
Memories Travel Company, LLC will not be held responsible for any loss or additional costs associated with denial of boarding or denial of entry into any country.
PASSPORTS:
ALL TRAVELERS, REGARDLESS OF AGE, ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A VALID PASSPORT BOOK TO TRAVEL INTERNATIONALLY BY AIR. Passport Cards are NOT valid for air travel. PASSPORTS SHOULD BE VALID FOR AT LEAST 6 MONTHS AFTER TRAVEL FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL. Passports must be in good condition with no tears, stains, or damage of any kind. Failure to comply may result in denial of boarding or denial of entry into country with no refund.
PASSPORTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE TRAVELER.

If you are not a US citizen please contact the consulate of the country to which you are traveling to confirm current entry/exit requirements.
For domestic travel inside the United States ONLY, travelers may need a REAL ID compliant government issued form of identification if a passport is not available. Please verify up to date REAL ID requirements at the time of booking and as travel approaches.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Many countries now require online completion of entry paperwork (customs/immigrations forms, health affidavits, etc.) to be completed prior to arrival and approval of entry may be required. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure you have completed all required entry paperwork. Failure to comply with your travel destinations requirements may result in your being denied boarding or denied entry.
TRAVELING WITH MINORS: Children under 18 years of age not traveling with both parents or legal guardian(s) may be asked to present a notarized letter from the absent parent/guardian granting permission to travel outside the United States and provide emergency medical care if necessary. Memories Travel Company, LLC is not responsible for lack of compliance to provide proper documentation to airport authorities. It is the responsibility of the travelers to provide proper documentation to the airline and any authorities that may require such documentation.
Criminal Record- Denial of Entry
Certain countries may deny entry to travelers with even a minor criminal record, please consult with an attorney regarding your ability to travel internationally. Memories Travel Company, LLC cannot advise on any legal matters and will not be held liable for denial of entry into any country.
TRAVELERS HEALTH AND SAFETY
It is the travelers responsibility to understand the health and safety aspects of traveling. Memories Travel Company, LLC has no special knowledge of any unsafe conditions, political stability, civil unrest, or health hazards including communicable disease or illness, and/or weather hazards at locations to which you may travel. Please consult your health care provider if you have any questions regarding your health and medical ability to travel. Any vaccines or other health requirements needed for travel are the responsibility of the traveler.

Travelers assume all responsibility of verifying any passport, visa, vaccination or other entry requirements to their destination and all conditions regarding health, safety, security, political stability or unrest.
By offering travel services to particular destinations, Memories Travel Company,LLC does not represent or warrant that travel to such areas is advisable or without risk, and are not liable for damages or losses that may result from travel to such destinations. No destination is 100% safe. By embarking upon your travel, you voluntarily assume all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Memories Travel Company, LLC cannot be held liable for any health or safety related issues for any travelers.
FORCE MAJURE: There are some circumstances beyond our control. Memories Travel Company, LLC is not responsible for loss, damage or costs incurred due to disruptive events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, terrorism, acts of God, war or threat of war declared or undeclared, sabotage, insurrection, riots, strikes, civil disobedience, floods, fire, wind, hurricanes, sickness, global pandemics, quarantine, defects in machinery or vehicles, delay, wildlife or other untoward occurrences.
TRAVEL PROTECTION/TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend the purchase of trip protection to cover cancellation/change fees and provide during travel protections. If declined this trip may be 100% nonrefundable if cancelled or changed. No representation or description of the travel protection made by Memories Travel Company, LLC constitutes a binding assurance or promise about the insurance. Memories Travel Company, LLC is not an insurance company and has no responsibility for the submissions, payment or adjustment of any insurance claim. Any insurance claims that may fall under the relevant travel insurance policy must be submitted by the customer directly to the insurance company provided in the policy.
Governing Law-
It is agreed between all travelers and Memories Travel Company, LLC that all disputes and matters arising under or in connection with or incident to these policies and procedures shall be litigated, if at all , in a court located in Jackson County, Missouri, USA.
BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, YOU HEREBY RELEASE MEMORIES TRAVEL COMPANY, LLC FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM ANY PROBLEM(S) COVERED IN THESE PARAGRAPHS
